Prue provides counselling and therapy to young people, adults and couples in the areas of mental health, trauma, adapting to change, grief and loss, relationship issues including sexual issues.

Mental health- Prue has an in depth understanding of mental health issues. She does not diagnose clients, instead she focuses on the client as a person rather than symptoms. Prue supports client's to explore their strengths and resilience and builds the client's capacity to foster relationships to support and maintain their changes and improvements. When necessary Prue will refer and work closely with mental health teams including psychiatrists. Prue has expertise in supporting clients with suicide ideation in all age ranges.
Sexual identity and difficulties - Prue has a unique speciality of supporting clients in all age ranges with sexual identity, sexual difficulties such as low libido or desire and relationship strains.
Prue has advanced training in EMDR, a scientifically proven therapy to support and heal trauma, depression, anxiety among other difficulties.
Prue is an accredited Griefline Counsellor.
Childhood trauma - Prue has specialised training in the area neurobiology of childhood trauma including abuse. She is qualified to support all people suffering the effects of trauma including adult survivors of abuse with immediate and long term effects of trauma.
